烟草补光育苗技术研究

摘    要:目的]完善烟草育苗技术,提高烟草成苗素质。方法]以鄂烟1号烟苗为材料,选择不同人工光源进行补光处理,研究补光对烟草幼苗生长的影响。结果]烟草叶片对可见光吸收利用的光谱范围较宽,对各波段光的吸收强度依次为蓝光〉绿光〉红光〉紫光;补光至14d时,普通荧光灯处理可显著提高烟苗叶绿素a的含量,普通荧光灯、生物效应灯、绿荧光灯处理可提高烟苗叶绿素b的含量;补光21d时,蓝荧光灯、红荧光灯处理可显著提高烟苗叶绿素a的含量,白炽灯、节能灯处理可显著提高烟苗叶绿素b及叶绿素a+b的含量;各均可促进烟苗茎部干物质累积,以白炽灯、节能灯和生物效应灯的处理效果最好。结论]白炽灯为烟草补光育苗的首选光源。
