| 摘 要： | 采用琼脂挖孔培养法、琼脂平板点种培养法和药敏纸片法，研究了中药对人源和动物源性10株耐药大肠杆菌体外耐药特性的抑制作用。结果表明：中药中3种物质(分别命名为：ITl、IT2、IT3)对大肠杆菌的耐药性有不同程度的抑制，ITl对氟喹诺酮类、卡那霉素、氯霉素的耐药性有较好的抑制作用；IT2、IT3对氯喹诺酮类、庆大霉素、强力霉素的耐药性有较好的抑制作用；有的中药抑制率达到90％，但对四环素、氨苄青霉素的耐药性没有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Twenty-three assumed inhibitors were exacted from traditional Chinese medicine by common practical methods to investigate the effect of reducing drug resistance of 10 multi-drug resistant strains of pathogenic E. coli isolated from clinical samples of human and animal origins. Inhibition effect of assumed inhibitors to drug resistance of all strains were detected by three methods of drilling hole on agar plate, point-planting bacteria on agar plate and testing sensitivity with drug paper. Three effective inhibitors were found in the experiment, inhibitor 1 (IT1) reduced the resistance of E. coli to fluoroquinolone, kanamycin and amphemycin; inhibitor 2 (IT2) and inhibitors (IT3) reduced the resistance of E. coli to fluoroquinolone, gentamycin and deoxycycline, some inhibition rate is up to 90 percent. |
