摘    要:以2个水稻品种J59和B9363及其转Bar基因株系TR5、TR6为材料,研究了除草剂Basta不同喷施浓度、喷施剂量及喷施时间对转基因水稻秧苗叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:Basta浓度对转基因和非转基因水稻叶绿素含量影响差异较大,喷施剂量和不同施药时期对其影响次之。在两叶期喷施标准浓度(3.2 g/L)Bas- ta,2个转基因株系TR5和TR6均表现良好的耐药性,在三叶一心期,TR5的耐药性好于TR6。

Abstract:Through treatments of the two rice species J59 and B9363,and their transgenic products TR5, TR6 with Basta in different spraying time,concentration and dosage,we found that Basta had direct ef- fect on the two species.The choice of spraying time and concentration played a key role.Compared with concentration,dosage is less important.The resistance to Basta of transgenic lines presents significant difference.TR5 is more resistant than TR6 whether in two-leaf and threc-leef-and-one-leaflest stage.
