| 摘 要： | 采用组织学方法观察了双齿围沙蚕Perinereis aibuhitensis配子的发生过程，研究了配子发生各时期的形态结构。结果显示：双齿围沙蚕原生殖细胞起源于体壁上皮细胞，生殖细胞形成后进入体腔当中，在体腔液中生长、增殖；双齿围沙蚕的卵子发生过程经历了卵原细胞期、初级卵母细胞期、次级卵母细胞期和成熟卵母细胞期；精子发生经历了精原细胞期、初级精母细胞期、次级精母细胞期、精细胞期和精子期。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the gametogenesis in sluge worm Perinereis aibuhitensis was histologically studied,and the cytological characteristics was described in each developmental stage in detail.The germ cells originated from the coelomic epithelia,and were shed into the coelom after began and completed maturation in the coelomic fluid.Four successive phases of an oocyte were described as Oogenium,Primary oocyte,Secondary oocyte,and Sexual maturation oocyte during the growth and development.The development of the test... |
