摘    要:对三角褐指藻Phaeodactylum tricormman、亚心形扁藻Platymonas subcordiformis、等鞭金藻Isochrysis galbana 3011品系分别进行自养培养和兼养培养试验,结果表明:三角褐指藻、等鞭金藻在兼养培养条件下,其生长速度都不同程度地增加,EPA和DHA含量也显著地提高;而亚心形扁藻在兼养培养条件下却表现出很大的差别,生长速度没有改变,EPA的含量极低,并且不含DHA。

Abstract:3011 strains from three algae species Phaeodactylum tricornutum,Platymonas subcordiformis and Isochrysis galbana were cultured under autotrophic and amphitrophic conditions and their growth and contents of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA),and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) were determined. The results showed that Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Isochrysis galbana grew rapidly and had high levels of EPA and DHA. On the constrary, the growth of Platymonas subcordiformis in the heterotrophic culture was comparatively lower with the composition of EPA and DHA decreasing. According to the results, it might come to the conclusions that the amounts of EPA and DHA were very high in Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Isochrysis galbana and profitable for marine culture.
