摘    要:研究了不同水温和饲料蛋白质水平对镜鲤Cyprinus specularis血清生化指标的影响。试验中设3个温度梯度(18、22、26℃),每个温度下投喂5种含不同蛋白质水平(质量分数为29%、31%、34%、38%、40%)的饲料,共15组,每组设3个重复,每个重复放14尾鱼,共饲喂60 d。结果表明:镜鲤血清中的肌酐(CREA)浓度随饲养水温的升高而降低,在22、26℃下CREA浓度显著低于18℃下(P〈0.05);血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)浓度随水温的升高而升高,在22℃和26℃下CHOL浓度显著高于18℃下(P〈0.05);血清中甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度和AST/ALT在22℃下比18℃和26℃下有所降低,但无显著差异(P〉0.05)。各水温环境下,血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白(ALB)浓度随饲料中蛋白质水平的增加而升高;在18℃下,LDH浓度随蛋白质水平的增加而逐渐降低,其中38%蛋白质组显著高于29%蛋白质组(P〈0.05);在22℃下,CHOL浓度随蛋白质水平的增加而降低,其中40%蛋白质组显著低于其它蛋白质组(P〈0.05);在26℃下,40%蛋白质组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于31%和34%蛋白质组(P〈0.05)。这表明22℃下比18、26℃下更有利于镜鲤的营养代谢,18、22、26℃下,饲料中蛋白质的质量分数分别为38%、40%、40%时,有利于改善镜鲤血清生化指标。

Abstract:A feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary protein levels(29%,31%,34%,38%,and 40%) on serum biochemical parameters in mirror common carp(Cyprinus specularis) with body weight of 165.24±8.07 g at different temperature(18,22,and 26 ℃).The common carp were randomly assigned to 15 groups and fed different diets with triplication and 14 fish in each replicate for 8 weeks.The results showed creatinine(CREA) and creatine phosphokinase(CK) were found to decrease with increase in temperature,significantly lower at 22 ℃ and 26 ℃than at 18 ℃(P0.05).There were no significant differences in triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDH),glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase(AST),and AST/ glutamate-pyruvate transaminase(ALT) levels at all temperature(P0.05),and total cholesterol(CHOL) level was found to decrease significantly at 22 ℃ than at 18 ℃ and 26 ℃(P0.05).The blood glucose(GLU),total protein(TP),globulin(GLB),and albumin(ALB) were found to increase with increase in dietary protein levels.At 18 ℃,LDH level was found to increase as the dietary protein gradually decreased,significantly higher in 38% protein group than that in 29% protein group(P0.05).At 22 ℃,CHOL was decreased as protein levels increased,significantly lower in 40% group than that in other protein groups(P0.05).At 26 ℃,ALT was significantly higher in 40% group than that in 34% and 38% groups(P0.05).It was concluded that common carp was considered to live better at 22 ℃ than at 18 ℃ and 26 ℃ according to serum GLU,TP,LDH,CREA,CK,CHOL and ALT levels.The dietary protein of 38%,40%,and 40% was appropriate for serum biochemical parameters in common carp at 18,22,and 26 ℃.
