| 摘 要： | 选取9月龄壳颜色为白色和普通褐色虾夷扇贝（对照）,测量其壳长（X1）、壳高（X2）、壳宽（X3）、活体重（Y）,并采用相关分析和通径分析的方法计算两种壳色虾夷扇贝各性状的相关系数,定量分析了壳体尺性状对活体重的影响效果。结果表明：白色扇贝的壳长、壳高、活体重的表型值均大于褐色扇贝,且差异达极显著（P〈0.01）。相关分析结果表明,两种壳色扇贝的壳体尺性状与其活体重的相关系数均达到极显著水平（P〈0.01）,褐色虾夷扇贝壳长对活体重的直接影响最大,壳高最小;白色虾夷扇贝壳高对活体重的直接影响最大,壳宽最小。经多元回归分析建立了两种壳色扇贝壳体尺性状估计活体重的回归方程,即Y白贝=-16.081＋0.168X1＋0.288X2＋0.577X3,Y褐色贝=-12.085＋0.281X1＋0.129X2＋0.402X3。本研究结果可为虾夷扇贝遗传育种的亲本选择提供参考。
