漳江口红树林生态服务功能估算

摘    要:以福建漳江口红树林湿地保护区为例,构建2级指标体系,采用市场价值法、碳税法、专家评估法、防治成本法等价值评估方法对保护区各服务功能进行估算。研究结果表明,漳江口红树林湿地保护区的生态服务价值为10339.568万元,单位面积生态服务价值为4.381万元· hm-2,对生态服务功能价值贡献大小依次为物质生产、保持土壤、防洪消灾、消除污染、维持生物多样性、气候调节、教育科研,分别占总生态服务价值的61.68%、19.25%、7.03%、6.75%、2.78%、1.89%、0.61%,物质供给和土壤保持是该自然保护区最主要的生态服务功能。通过红树林湿地生态服务功能价值核算,为政府开展生态补偿提供科学依据,有利于漳江口红树林湿地保护,促进资源—经济—环境综合核算的发展。

Evaluation of the mangrove ecosystem service function in Zhangjiangkou
Abstract:Taking Zhangjiangkou Mangrove National Nature Reserve of Fujian for example, the value of ecosystem service functions was estimated by building two level index system and using market value method, carbon tax method, expert evaluation method and cost prevention method.The results showed that the total value of the ecological service function was 103.395 68 million Yuan, and the unit value of the ecological service function was 0.043 81 million Yuan per hectare.The contribution of the ecological service function value followed by the material production, soil conservation, flood prevention, pollution elimination, biodiversity maintenance, climate regulation, educational and scientific research, respectively of the total ecosystem value of 61.68%, 19.25%, 7.03%, 6.75%, 2.78%, 1.89%, 0.61%, material supply function and soil conservation function were the main ecological service functions of the nature reserve.By the accounting of the ecological value, it will provide scientific basis for the government to carry out ecological compensation, it is conducive to the protection of mangrove wetlands and promote the development of comprehensive accounting of resource, economy and environment.
