| 摘 要： | 采用体内注射PHA和秋水仙素、肾细胞短期培养、常规空气干燥方法，制备乌苏里江唇(魚骨)的染色体。对其肾细胞染色体数目统计分析结果表明，乌苏里江唇(魚骨)的染色体数染色体组有50条染色体，8对中部着丝点染色体(m)，8对亚中部着丝点染色体(sm)，9对端部着丝点染色体和亚端部着丝点染色体(st,t)，其染色体臂数(NF)...

| Abstract: | Metaphase chromosome specimens of Hemibarbus labeo injected with PHA and colchicin,were prepared from short-term culture of kidney cells with air-drying technique.Its diploid chromosome number was 2n=50.The karyotype is composed of 16m,16sm and 18st+t chromosomes,NF=82.Diploid nucleus DNA content was measured from the somatic cells of Hemibarbus labeo pallas using flow cytometer(Beckman cellL ab Quant,made in USA) and the DNA content(2.3 pg·N-1) oferythrocytes of chick(Gallus sp) as standard.The Hemibarbus labeo Pallas DNA content was 2.34 pg·N-1,which was correspond with the result measured chromosome number as ploidy.According to the present results and date reported,Hemibarbus labeo Pallas was possibly a diploid(2n). |
