| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展和人类活动的不断干扰,红树林的面积逐渐减少,为了保护红树林,更好的发挥红树林的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,实现红树林的可持续发展,对红树林进行可持续经营是目前最有效的途径,而可持续经营指标体系的建立是红树林可持续经营研究的前提。因而本文根据目标法结合专家咨询构建了一套由4个层次21个具体指标组成的福建沿海红树林可持续经营指标体系,通过该体系对福建漳江口红树林自然保护区的经营现状进行评价,其可持续经营综合指数为0.797,总体经营状况为弱可持续,与实际情况相吻合,表明该评价指标体系具可行性。

| Abstract: | With the development of the economy and the constant interference by human activities,the area of mangrove decreased gradually.For a better protection of mangrove,better play of ecological,social and economic benefits of mangrove and the realization of sustainable development of the mangrove forest,its and the management should be sustainable,the evaluation index system is the key to sustainable management of the mangrove forest.Combined with the target method and the method of expert consultancy an index system of sustainable management for mangrove reserve has been set up,which contains 21 indicators at 4 levels.Then the current condition of Zhangjiangkou mangrove reserve in Fujian Province has been appraised with the index system.the result shows that the index is 0.797,the tendency of the management is sub-sustainable,the experimental result is suitable with the fact,and it can be concluded that the index system is reasonable and practical. |
