蛙嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:从丰城某养殖场发病蛙苗中分离出两株细菌 ,经人工感染试验 ,对健康鲫鱼、小白鼠产生同蛙苗相一致的病症。经细菌形态特征、培养特性及生理生化特性等试验 ,鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophila ,AH)。药敏试验表明 ,两株细菌对痢特灵、多粘菌素、阿米卡星、头孢唑啉敏感

Abstract:Two strains of Aeromonas hydrophila (AH) were isolated from dying frogs from some places in Fengcheng County, Jiangxi Province. Through artificial infection, both of the strains could infect healthy fish and mice with similar symptoms to naturally diseased ones. According to the morphological features of the bacterium, cultural performances and physiobiochemical reactions, the two strains has been identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. Medicines susceptibility trials of pathogens showed that the two strains are susceptible to Furazolidone, PolymyxinB, Amikacin and Aefazolin.
