| 摘 要： | 采用活体注射植物血球凝聚素，取鱼体肾细胞，经空气干燥后制样观察美国杂交太阳鲈染色体。核型分析结果表明，其染色体数为2n=48，核型公式为2m 2sm 16st 28t。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳法进行酶谱检测分析，结果表明美国杂交太阳鲈肝脏组织乳酸脱氢酶和肌肉组织酯酶两种同工酶分别为3条带和4条带。

| Abstract: | The living American hybrid sunfish was injected with phytohemagglutinine (PHA). Its kidney celis were taken and dried in air. Its chromosomes were observed. The results showed that the chromosome number was 2 n =48 and karyotype was 2m + 2sm+16st + 28t. Meanwhile through zy-mogram analysis by means of polyacrylamide gel plate electrophoresis, it was f ound that the number of lactic-dehydrogenase-band was 3, and that the number of esterase-band was 4. |
