醇化过程中烤烟片烟主要化学成分与中性致香成分的变异分析

摘    要:分析了醇化过程中烤烟片烟主要化学成分和中性致香成分在不同醇化阶段、不同地区、不同等级间的变化,并对其主要化学成分与中性致香成分进行了典型相关分析.结果表明:总糖、还原糖、总植物碱含量随着醇化的进行,呈现逐渐降低的趋势,中性致香成分除新植二烯外都有一定程度的增加;醇化结束和醇化开始的总糖、还原糖、美拉德反应物、类胡萝卜素降解产物含量存在显著差异;B2F与C3F的总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、糖碱比、芳香族氨基酸降解产物也存在显著差异.典型相关分析结果表明,芳香族氨基酸降解产物、类西柏烷类降解产物、类胡萝卜素降解产物和总植物碱呈现较强的正相关,新植二烯和中性致香成分总量与总糖、还原糖含量呈现较强的正相关.
