| 摘 要： | 番木瓜具有3种性别类型,性别遗传机制较复杂.对番木瓜性别决定、性染色体、性别紧密连锁的DNA分子标记、基因组高密度遗传连锁图谱、性别决定位点物理图谱等方面进行了综述分析,指出研究番木瓜的性别遗传及性别表达机理在定向改良番木瓜的性别方面具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Papaya(Carica papaya L.) is polygamous with three basic sex types,which shows complexity in heredity mechanism.The researches on sex identification in papaya were extensively reviewed,which included sex identification,sex chromosomes,sex-linked DNA markers,high density linkage mapping,physical mapping of sex determination locus and so on.It is pointed out that the researches on sex identification heredity and expression of sex mechanism would have great significance for directional improving papaya sex. |
