广西桑园节肢动物群落结构及季节动态

摘    要:【目的】研究广西桑园害虫及天敌的群落结构及季节动态,为广西桑园害虫综合防治及天敌合理利用提供科学依据。【方法】调查不同季节广西桑园节肢动物的种类和数量,采用物种丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数、Shannon多样性指数、Brillouin多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数以及Simpson优势度指数对其群落结构及季节动态进行分析,并采用群落相似性系数分析一年四季群落的相似性。【结果】共采集桑园节肢动物17371头,鉴定为26种,隶属13目26科,其中植食性害虫18种,优势种为朱砂叶螨和桑粉虱;天敌昆虫5种,优势种为稻红瓢虫;蜘蛛2种,以狼蛛科为主;中性昆虫1种。多样性指数以春季最大,其次是夏季,冬季最小;群落均匀度指数与多样性指数变化趋势一致,而优势度指数一年四季均较小,以春季最小;春季与夏、秋、冬季间的相似水平均极低(Rj=0.2329、0.0000、0.2077),夏季与秋季为中等相似(Rj=0.5461),夏季与冬季间为中等不相似(Rj=0.3322),秋冬季间为极不相似水平(Rj=0.1297)。【结论】广西桑园节肢动物群落多样性指数和均匀性指数较高,优势度指数较低,群落结构较为合理。

Abstract:Objective Community structure and seasonal dynamics of arthropod in Guangxi mulberry field were studied to provide scientific references for integrated control of mulberry pests and the rational use of natural enemies. Method The number of individuals and species of arthropod in mulberry field were surveyed, and then the community structure and seasonal dynamics were analyzed with species richness index, Shannon diversity index, Simpson diversity index, Brillouin diversity index, Pielou evenness index and Simpson dominance index, when the community similarity in four seasons were analyzed with similarity index. ResultOf all 17371 arthropods, totally 26 arthropod species were obtained from mulberry field, which belonged to 13 orders and 26 families. There were 18 herbivorous pest species, where the dominant species were Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval and Bemisia myricae Kuwana. There were 5 natural insect enemies, where the dominant species was micraspis discolor Fabricius. There were 2 spider species, almost all of which were Tarantula sp. There was 1 neutral insect species. The diversity index sequence of communities in the mulberry field was as follows: winter autumn summer spring. Pielou evenness index and diversity index had the same trend, while Simpson dominance index was low all the year round, and reached its lowest point in spring. Community comparability coefficient was in a very dissimilar level between spring and other seasons (Rj =0.2329, 0.0000, 0.2077). It was in a moderate similar level between summer and autumn (Rj =0.5461). It was in a moderate dissimilar level between summer and winter (Rj =0.3322), and it was in a very dissimilar level between autumn and winter (Rj =0.1297). Conclusion Species diversity index and evenness index were both high, when the dominant concentration index was low, so the community structure was stable and reasonable in Guangxi mulberry field.
