摘    要:【目的】测定枯草芽孢杆菌Czk1菌株对橡胶树根病菌的抑菌活性及对炭疽病的生防效果,为进一步开发应用该菌株奠定基础。【方法】通过室内平板对峙和离体叶片接种的方法,测定Czk1菌株对13个橡胶树根病菌和1个炭疽病菌的拮抗活性以及对炭疽病的生防效果。【结果】Czk1菌株对13个橡胶树根病菌和1个炭疽病菌具有强烈的拈抗作用,且持续接种20代后依然具有很强的抑菌活性;Czk1菌株对橡胶树炭疽病有较好的生防效果,其中在发病前期先喷洒拮抗菌液的效果最好。【结论】枯草芽孢杆菌Czk1菌株对橡胶树红根、褐根、紫根、白根、臭根和炭疽病菌等多种致病真菌都有强烈的拮抗作用,且有抗菌谱广、持久稳定等特点,具有较高的潜在生防利用价值。

Abstract:Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the effect of Bacillus subtilis strain Czk1 on controlling 13 rubber root pathogen and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in vitro. Method]Antagonistic activity of Czk1 on 13 rubber root pathogens and C. gloeosporioides was determined in vitro using method of agar disk diffusion and isolated leaf inoculation. Result ]Czk1 had strong antagonistic effects on all the 13 rubber root pathogens and C. gloeosporioides, aud its inhibitory effects lasted until 20^th generation. Czk1 showed better biocontrol effects on C. gloeosporioides, specially after its spray before disease stage. Conclusion]Bacillus subtilis strain Czk1 had strong antagonistic effects on most of the pathogenic fungi of rubber plant, viz., Ganoderma pseudoferreum, Phellinus noxius, Helicobasidium compactum, Rigidoporus lignosus, Sphaerostilbe repens Colletotricbum gloeosporioides. With its characteristic broad antibacterial spectrum, steadyness and sustainability, it has a great potential for utilization in biocontrolling rubber plant pathogens.
