| 摘 要： | 用长白猪、大约克猪、雅南猪等3个品种21头公猪观察了头长、中段长等6个性状。结果表明:(1) 个体的精子变异很小,但在不同品种间,品种内不同公猪间差异较大;(2) 由长白公猪间遗传距离,长白公猪可分成不同的遗传类群;(3) 长白品种公猪精子中段长度与其后代平均日增重,饲料报酬和瘦肉率的相关系数分别为0.31,-0.29和-0.24。

| Abstract: | The sperm dimensional characteristics of 21 boars of 3 breeds, Viz. Landrace, Large Yorkshire and native Yanan and its relationship with ecoomicaily important traits of their progencies were studied. It was foundthat the six dimensions of these sperms such as the head lenth, Midpiece length etc, varied significantly between breeds and individuals within breeds, but the variation of sperms of one boar was little. It was obsrveed that boars could be discribed in terms of the difference measured by genetic distance (D), and the Landrace boars could be grouped into different clusters by this way. The results of the phenotype correlation coefficient of sperm midpiece length with average daily gain, feed efficiency and lean percentage was 0.31, -0.29, -0.24 resp. in Landrace boars. |
