| 摘 要： | 利用筛选出的14个10 bp随机引物,对甘肃金鳟、日本金鳟和道氏虹鳟3个养殖群体进行了随机扩增DNA分析.结果显示:甘肃金鳟、日本金鳟和道氏虹鳟3个群体的多态座位比例(P)分别为75%、43.08%和52.9%,群体内遗传相似系数(S)分别为0.734 30、.887 5和0.857 0;Shannon表型多样性指数(H0)分别为0.8977,0.165 4和0.499 4,Shannon多样性值(H)分别为0.110 9、0.673 0和0.135 0.分析表明:甘肃金鳟养殖群体的遗传多样性比较丰富,而日本金鳟和道氏虹鳟养殖群体的遗传多样性较为贫乏. |

| Abstract: | 14 random primers were used to study the genetic diversity of three cultivated populations of Oncorhynchus mykiss by RAPD.The percentages of polymorphic loci(P) were 75 %,43.08 % and 52.9 % respectively.The indexes of genetic similarity(S) were 0.734 3,0.887 5 and 0.857 0 within three populations respectively.Shannon index of phenotypic diversity(H0) and Shannon index of diversity(H)were 0.897 7 and 0.165 4,0.499 4 and 0.110 9,0.6730 and 0.135 0 respectively.The results suggested that Gansu rainbow trout has more abundant genetic diversity than two other populations. |
