| 摘 要： | 甘肃省兰州市及其近郊６个鸡场时有疑似大肠杆菌病病例发生，Ｌ鸡场的一批雏鸡１月龄时死亡率高达３６％。近年来分离的２７９株肠道杆菌，其中２／３为大肠埃希氏菌。Ｌ鸡场分离的５３株大肠埃希氏菌中，Ｏ＿１型占１５．０９％，Ｏ＿２型占３７．７４％，Ｏ＿（７８）型占２２．６４％；５只雏鸡分离到两种血清型。一些菌株对小鼠和小公鸡有较强的致病力。制备的铝胶灭活苗对控制本病有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The cases of suspicious collibacillosis occurred on 6 poultry fa-rms in or near to Lanzhou city. In 1 outbreak the mortality of chicks at 1 month-old in 1 poultry farm was 36%. Of 279 enterobacteria isolates,179 were identified as Escherichia coli.Fifty three strains of E. coli isolated from L Poultry Farm were classified serologically against O monospecific antisera prepared in rabbits.O_1,O_2and O_(78) serotypes were 15.09%,37.74% and 22.64%successively; in 5 samples, 2 different serotypes were found in each one. Some E. coli strains possessed the virulence for mice and young cocks.In 2 farms, 37,000 breeder hens aged 20 weeks were inoculated with anE. coli vaccine inactivated by both heating and formaldehyde and adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide.The vaccine was found to be innocuous and effi-cient for collibacillosis control in chicks. |
