摘    要:豌豆根腐病是由镰刀菌(Fusarium Oxysporum Schlecht;F.Solani(Mart.) App.et Wr.)为主的多种病原引起的土传病害。近年来在甘肃中部干旱山区的榆中、定西等县,发生日益严重。自1982年以来,进行了品种、农药、肥料等单项试验,并研究了该病的综合防治。单项试验表明:经品种抗病性鉴定,共选出“贡井选”、“70—1—5—305”等四个抗病品种(系);25%瑞毒霉以种子重0.3%药剂拌种,相对防效为42.6%,在土壤贫瘠的干旱山区,增施氮、磷肥对减轻发病程度、提高产量有明显的作用。综合防治试验结果表明:以抗病品种为主,结合轮作,增施氮磷肥等栽培措施及药剂拌种对控制该病是经济而有效的。1987年经大面积(1560亩)示范推广,防治效果达74.1%,纯收益2万余元,每亩增收约13元,经济效益较好。

Abstract:The root rot of pea(Pisum satium) is a soil-borne disease caused by multiple pathogens, mainly by Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. and F. solani(Mart.)App.et Wr. In recent years,this disease has dispersed rapidly and seriously in the central dry region of Gansu province, especially in Yuzhong and Dingxi counties. The experiments of single treatmnt, such as varieties, fungicide and fertilizers etc., as well as integrated control have been carried out since 1982. The results of the single treatment experiments showed that four varieties and breeding lines such as Gongjingxuan and 70-1-5-305 had the disease resistance; the relative efficiency of controlling this disease by 20% Ridomil seed dressing with a concentration of 0.3% of seed weight was 42.6%; application of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased the degree of disease transmission and increased the yield. The results of integrated control experiments illustrated that the effective and economical result of controlling this disease could be obtained by mainly using the resistant varieties combined with fungicide seed dressing and cultivation techniques, such as rotation and application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers etc. The 74.1% of control efficiency and 13 yuan/mu of net profit were obtained in extension and demonstration of the integrated control measure in large area.
