摘    要:改革开放以来,国家及各高等院校已把建设一流的高等学校科学技术基础平台作为国家科技创新体系建设的基本任务。文章在分析西北农林科技大学科技平台建设现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了学校科技基础平台建设的目标和任务以及基础平台建设的思路和保障措施。

Abstract:Since economic system reform in 1978,the universities and colleges have achieved great successes in scientific research,technology extension and industial development,therefore the universities and colleges have become the very important innovative power in fields of basic researches and applied basic researches.Under this situation,governments at all levels and the universities and colleges have made the construction of top-grade scientific and technological platforms as the essential assignments in the constructions of national systems for the scientific and technological innovation.Based on the analysis of current statues and major problems in the construction of scientific and technological platforms at Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry,this paper provides the main goals,specific task and blue print for constructing the scientific and technological platforms at Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry in the near future.
