林业实验索道驱动支架与从动支架的结构设计及有限元分析

摘    要:根据单索循环固定抱索器索道的设计规范,选取结构设计的基本参数,完成了单索循环式固定抱索器林业实验索道驱动支架与从动支架的结构设计。采用了ANSYS软件对驱动支架和从动支架进行了有限元分析,并在最危险的运行状态下对各结构进行强度校核,确保林业实验索道驱动支架与从动支架结构的安全性和实用性。

Abstract:A study was conducted to carry out the structural design for driving tower and driven tower of forestry experiment ropeway by the selection of the basic design parameters according to the design rules for circulating mono-cable passenger ropeways with fixed grips.Finite element analysis of driving tower and driven tower was made by ANSYS software.Structural strength checking was carried through in the most adverse situation in order to ensure the specific requests to security and practicality.
