4种鲇形目鱼消化系统蛋白水解酶

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对4种鲇形目鱼——鲇Silurus asotus(Linnaeus)]、怀头鲇(Silurus soldatovi Nikolsky et Soin)、乌苏里拟鲿Pseudobagrasuss uriensis(Dybowski)]、黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson)]的消化系统蛋白水解酶的种类和活性进行了检测,并比较了4种鱼消化系统各组织器官在不同pH条件下蛋白水解酶的分布和活性差异:4种鲇形目鱼蛋白水解酶的表达具有组织器官特异性,胃和前肠的蛋白水解酶活性最强;4种鲇形目鱼蛋白水解酶的表达有科属差异,同科鱼中存在分子量相同的蛋白水解酶,而不同科鱼中未见分子量相同的蛋白水解酶;怀头鲇消化系统蛋白水解酶的种类最多,活性最强;4种鲇形目鱼消化系统蛋白水解酶均表现出明显的pH依赖性。

Abstract:Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) was used to investigate the patterns and activities of proteolytic enzymes in the digestive system of four species Silurus asotus(Linnaeus),Silurus soldatovi Nikolsky et Soin,Pseudobagras ussuriensis(Dybowski) and Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson)] of Siluriformes.The distribution and difference in activity of PAGE in different organs of digestive system for these four species were compared under various pH values.Result showed that the tissue-specific expression was found in proteolytic enzymes,and strongest activities appeared in stomach and foregut.The expression of proteolytic enzymes was different between families,and there were proteolytic enzymes with the same molecular weight between the same family but none was observed between different families.The proteolytic enzyme in P.fulvidraco exhibited the most patterns and the strongest activities compared with the other three species.Moreover,the expression of proteolytic enzymes in all the species studied was obviously pH-dependent.
