| 摘 要： | 随着农网改造的基本结束,农村电网的现代化水平也得到了前所未有的提高。新设备、新技术的投入,要求农电人员必须具备相应的素质。从农电系统的现状分析了农电系统的人才需求,并针对这一问题在农电专业人才培养方案的构建方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the basic completion of transformation of rural power grid,the level of modernization has been in an unprecedented increase.The new equipment and new technology inputs demand agriculture electricity personnel to meet the corresponding qualifications.The paper analyzed rural power system personnel demand from rural power system and discussed the training scheme of specialized personnel. |
