摘    要:课堂教学是大学实施知识管理、培养大学生创新思维的重要载体.以植科系创新班课堂教学实践为基础,阐述了知识管理模型(SECI模型)与课堂教学的内在关系,并提出了SECI模型用于课堂教学以培养大学生创新思维的3种有效措施,即理念更新--应用知识管理等武将静态知识库变为动态知识流;氛围营造--开放"模拟知识社区"以实现角色转换...

Abstract:Class teaching&learning is the important vector of implementation of knowledge management and cultivation of students’ innovative thinking at university.This article elaborated the internel relations between the SECI model and class teaching & learning on the base of practise and experience for many years.Then three effective measures of using SECI in class were put forward to cultivate students’ innovative cogitation.that is,renewal of ideas——changing statis knowledge wareroom into dynamic knowledge stream by using knowledge management equation,class atmosphere creation——opening simulative knowledge community to achieve the role conversion,class control——using group,walking around and benchmarking management.
