| Abstract: | The paper describes the problems in internal mechanism and working status of the two information centers (Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and South China Tropical Agricultural University) during the process of transformation from a traditional information service industry to a modernized information service industry. Furthermore, the paper has put forward measures to deepen the reform from the angle of an innovative administrative mechanism. |
