摘    要:基于LibQUAL+图书馆服务质量评价模式,浙江财经学院图书馆开展了面向全校的"用户满意度"问卷调查。介绍了调查问卷的设计以及调查结果所反映的用户对图书馆服务的看法与期望,分析图书馆服务工作中存在的问题及差距,并提出相关建议。

Abstract:Referring to the Association of Research Library(ARL)’s LibQUAL+project,Zhejiang University of Finance Economics Library organized and carried out the Library Service Quality Survey Project to the campus.This paper introduced questionnaire design and results gained.The author analyses these existing problems gained from the survey and offers some suggestions to these problems.
