| 摘 要： | 较为系统地介绍了国外农业开放获取信息资源的现状、来源与发展，重点介绍了美国、日本和相关国家及出版机构的开放获取信息资源，主要是开放获取农业期刊、科技和研究报告、开放获取仓库资源等。论述了开放获取信息资源的获取方式与途径，对我国农业科技用户将是有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The paper systematically describes current status,sources and development of open access agricultural information resources in foreign countries.It focuses on the open access agricultural information resources mainly open access agricultural journals,scientific and research reports,open access repositories etc in America,Japan and related countries as well as international publishers.It also discusses ways and approaches to access those resources.It will have helpful reference value to Chinese users. |
