| 摘 要： | 本试验利用113个寒地粳稻品种，研究了粒肥对寒地粳稻碾磨和外观品质特性的影响。结果表明，粒肥对糙米率、精米率、整精米率、心白率和腹白率的影响较大，并且对中、晚熟品种的影响大于早熟品种。粒肥使糙米率、粒宽、腹白率降低，而使精米率、整精米率、粒长、长宽比和心白率升高。

| Abstract: | 113 Japonica rice varieties from cold zone were used in this experiment to study the effect of granular fertilizer on the milled and physical quality properties. The results showed that the effects of granular fertilizer on BR, MR, HR, WC and WB were big, and the parameters of the middle and late types were bigger than those of the early. Granular fertilizer lowered BR, GW and WB，but increased MR, HR, GL, GS and WC. |
