木材联合干燥系统中太阳能集热器的应用研究

摘    要:太阳能-热泵除湿木材联合干燥系统中,PK1570型空气集热器的采光面积为75.53m~2,在北京地区4~11月,天气晴好、无大风时,集热器的供风温度可达到40~70℃,平均供热量14~25kw,风机的电耗为2.5kw,利用太阳能的节能率≥20%。1989年8月,仅用太阳能干燥5cm厚、15m~3的红松,在12d内,含水率由31%降到14.4%,能耗为19.6kw·h/m~3,,成本为21.9元/m~3。

Abstract:If a 75.53m~2 flat-plate solar collector is used on combination with a solar-heat pump dehumidifier for lumber drying durig a sunny day without strong wind during the period from April to November in Beijing, the air temperature would be raised to 40 to 70℃. The average quantity of heat from the solar collectors was 14~25kw. The power consumption of the centrifugul blowers was 2.5kw. Total energy consumption were cut down by 20 percent or more by using solar energy. When only solar energy was used for drying 15m~3 of 5cm thick Pinus koracensis in August, 1989, moisture content was lowered from 31% to 14.4% in 12 days, and the electrical energy consumed was 19.6kw·h/m~3.
