摘    要:2002年作者在盆栽条件下研究了氮素营养对1、2年生乌拉尔甘草产量和质量的影响.结果表明,在氮素梯度试验中,当施氮量到达0.15 g/L之前,氮的增施对甘草主要生长、生理、产量和药效等指标均有良好的促进作用,以0.10~0.15 g/L为最佳,而超过0.15 g/L时,甘草开始受到抑制,各指标均有不同程度的下降.甘草净光合速率与生物量、产量呈显著线性正相关.提高施氮水平对甘草酸含量有不同程度的促进作用.

Abstract:The effect of different nitrogen levels on G.uralensis was studied in 2002. The results show that before the dosage of nitrogen fertilization reaches 0 15 g/L, an increasing dosage of nitrogen fertilization will accelerate growth and physiological indicators. When the dosage is 0 15 g/L, almost all indicators reach their highest levels; when the dosage exceeds 0 15 g/L, the values of all the indicators begin to decline to different degrees. The net photosynthetic rate of \%G.uralensis\% has a significantly positive linear relation with biomass and yield. The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in \%G. uralensis\% leaves also have linear relations with height, root diameter, single plant weight and yield of \%G.uralensis\%. Increasing nitrogen levels has no obvious effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, but can improve glycyrrhizinic acid content.
