| 摘 要： | 目的:调查重型颅脑外伤患者肺部医院感染的危险因素,探索其预防和控制措施。方法:对我院1997年1月至2009年7月的693例重症颅脑外伤患者肺部感染的危险因素进行调查分析。结果:医院感染率为33.3%,例次感染率为42.5%。引起肺部医院感染有显著性意义的危险因素有高龄、住院时间过长、使用呼吸机、气管切开、休克、基础病、激素等。结论:加强医护人员培训,严格执行无菌技术,减少不必要的侵入性操作,合理使用抗生素,及时、准确监测病原菌,是降低医院感染的有效措施。
