南瓜属种间杂交后代花粉活力研究

摘    要:采用TTC染色法对南瓜属种间杂交后代进行了花粉活力测定。结果表明,美洲南瓜×中国南瓜种间杂种F1花粉活力低于双亲;F2的花粉活力发生性状分离,部分单株的花粉活力比F1进一步降低、部分单株则有所提高;BC1F1中部分单株的花粉活力已恢复到了亲本水平。(印度南瓜×中国南瓜)×美洲南瓜种间杂种F1的花粉干瘪,活力为0。分析认为,南瓜属种间杂种F1花粉活力降低是导致其育性下降的因素之一,可从自交或回交后代中分离筛选出花粉活力有所恢复的单株,其中又以回交的方法效果更好。

Abstract:The pollen viability of Cucurbita interspecific hybrid progenies was determined by TTC staining. The results showed the pollen viability of C. pepo×C. moschata hybrid F1 was lower than their parents; its traits of F2 separated with decreasing or improving than F1; some BC1F1 individuals recovered their parent level in pollen viability. The pollen of (C. maxima×C. moschata)×C. pepo hybrid F1 was shriveled with no viability. These indicated the pollen viability decreasing might be a factor of low fertility of Cucurbita interspecific hybrid F1. Individuals recovered pollen viability partly were separated from inbred or backcross progenies, and the later was better.
