| 摘 要： | 2015年10月,湖北省某规模化鸡场产蛋鸡群相继发生某种疾病,日死亡率达2%。为了明确患病蛋鸡死亡的原因及确定病原,对临床送检患病蛋鸡开展了病理解剖、组织病理学观察、PCR检测和病毒分离等实验室诊断。结果表明,患病蛋鸡临床剖检可见心包内有淡黄色清亮液体,肝脏肿胀、脂肪变性和变色,肾脏肿大、尿酸盐沉淀较多;病理组织学观察发现肝细胞核内形成嗜碱性核内包涵体;病料样品及病料鸡胚接种尿囊液,PCR扩增产物测序结果与I群禽腺病毒hexon基因同源性为99%,表明分离到的病毒为I群禽腺病毒。

| Abstract: | In October 2015,layers inthe large-scale chicken farms had occurred some kinds of disease in Hubei province,daily mortality rate up to 2%. In order to define the cause of death and pathogen of the sick laying hens,laboratory diagnosis were carried out,such as pathological anatomy,histopathology,PCR and virus isolation. Clinical autopsy sick layers are visible that light yellow clear liquid in pericardium,liver swelling,fatty degeneration and discoloration, renal swelling,uric acid salt precip-itation, histopathology observed basophilic intranuclear inclusions in liver nuclei,tissue samples and chicken embryos inoculat-ed allantoic fluid,the PCR amplification product sequencing showed sequence homology with fowl adenovirus-I hexon gene (99%), so it can define that the isolated virus is fowl adenovirus-I. |
