| 摘 要： | 指纹图谱系指将分析对象经适当处理后,采用一定的仪器分析手段得到的能够标示该对象特性的共有峰的图谱。指纹图谱技术在复杂物质品质鉴定以及产品溯源等方面已经展示出巨大的作用。构建指纹图谱的方法包括色谱法、光谱法、核磁共振法、X射线衍射法等。研究程序包括样品取样、提取剂的选择、仪器分析方法的构建,数据库的建立和数据库应用方法等。随着烟草行业的快速发展,消费者对烟草吸食品质的关注度不断提高,因此要保证烟草的品质,就必须强化烟草的综合评价。通过对烟草指纹图谱技术应用进展的综述,以期为进一步深化烟草指纹图谱理论和提高应用水平的研究提供指导。

| Abstract: | Fingerprint is a collection of the shared peaks revealing the specific characters of the research objects analyzed by instrument after appropriate treatment of the samples.Fingerprint technology has played a great role in identification of complicated materials and affiliation of products.The methods for constructing fingerprints include chromatography,spectroscopy,NMR,and X ray diffraction and so on.The smoking quality of tobacco has been paid more and more attention with the rapid development of tobacco industry.It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of tobacco in order to ensure the quality of tobacco products.The advances of research and application of fingerprint technology in tobacco industry were summarized to provide reference for the theory and application of tobacco research. |
