摘    要:以长庆油田一呼和浩特石化原油管道工程(长呼原油管道)投产为例,描述了热油管道投产临时输水设施的设置方法,给出了临时输水管道管径的计算方法。基于长呼原油管道投产期间的相关工艺、设备参数及生产运行储备库储罐储存的投产用水量,计算得出临时输水管道在不同管径下给油泵入口相关工艺参数,进而确定最佳管径。影响预热介质用量的主要因素包括场站间距和进站温度场要求,由此确定了冲水段长度和预热介质用量。相关经验可为热油管道投产提供借鉴。(表3,图4,参6)

Abstract:Taking the commissioning of Changqing Oilfield-Huhehaote Petrochemical Company Crude Oil Pipeline Project (Chang-Hu Crude oil pipeline) as an example, this paper describes the set-up method of temporary water delivery facilities in the commissioning of hot oil pipeline and gives the calculation method of the diameter of temporary water pipeline. Based on the related process, equipment parameters and the volume of water used during commissioning stored in the tank of reserve storehouse during the commissioning period of Chang-Hu Crude Oil Pipeline, related process parameters at the inlet of oil pump were calculated and then the best diameter was determined. The main factors influencing the volume of preheating medium include the distance between stations and the requirements on temperature field inleting the heating station, which determine the length of flushing section and the volume of preheating medium. The experience can provide a reference to the commissioning of other hot oil pipelines. (3 Tables, 4 Figures, 6 References)
