摘    要:针对任京管道运行能耗费用高且投产至今未清管、输送原油种类复杂多变等几个突出问题,系统总结了近年来任京管道的研究成果,对大庆冀东混合原油流变特性进行深入研究,提出了正反输管道结蜡规律预测技术。通过任京管道改线工程,首次获得了长期不清管条件下沿管道径向位置不同层位的蜡层沉积物,并进行了基本物性分析。通过实测管道结蜡厚度,验证了正反输管道结蜡规律预测技术的可靠性,对确保任京管道安全运行具有指导意义。

Abstract:Aiming at several serious problems in operation process of RenJing Oil Pipeline,such as high operation cost,non-pigging since the pipeline putting into production,and complicated and changeable oil products transported,the article systemically summarizes the achievements obtained from RenJing Oil Pipeline in recent years.The rheological characteristics of Daqing and Jidong blended oil are deeply investigated and a forecast technique for wax deposition law in forward transportation and reverse pumping operation pipeline is recommended.Through RenJing Oil Pipeline alteration,the wax deposition in different level along pipeline radial position under long period non-pigging condition are obtained and basic physical characteristics analysis is conducted.By measuring the wax deposition thickness of RenJing Oil Pipeline, the reliability of the forecast technique for wax deposition law in forward transportation and reverse pumping operation pipeline is proved.It is considered that the technique is of guiding significance to ensuring RenJing Oil Pipeline in safety operation.
