| 摘 要： | 高等植物性别分化是长期进化的产物,研究方向主要包括:性别决定基冈的分离与分析、诱导信号对性别决定的影响、性别分化特异大分子标记物的鉴定、性别分化程序的研究等.近年来,葫芦科瓜类蔬菜性别分化控制方面的研究取得了较大的成绩.介绍葫芦科瓜类蔬菜性别分化的时空研究、控制机理,并阐述了葫芦科瓜类蔬菜性别分化的主要影响因素包括激素、光周期、温度以及金属离子等的研究进展.

| Abstract: | Sex differentiation in higher plants is the product of evolution over a long period of time.It mainly implies some fields of research: the isolation and analysis of sex determination gene,the influence of the signals inducing sex organs,the identification of macromolecular markers specific for sex differentiation,and finally the study of expression program of sex differentiation.In recent years,a good progress has been made in the study on sex differentiation cucurbitaceous melon.This article mainly reviews the progress of the study about time and space,control mechanism in the fields of sex differentiation of cucurbitaceous melon.The progress of main influence factors including hormone,photoperiod,temperature and metal ions ect are also described. |
