| Abstract: | At present, there are mainly two types of operation modes in aquaculture breeding and seedling breeding industrial park: the selfbuilding and self-operating pattern and the self-built rental pattern. Both models have advantages of adapting to the development but also have some imperfect aspects. Problems were explored in the paper by providing an in-depth analysis of costs and revenues generated by two kinds of models. We found that the self-building and self-operating pattern generate higher economic benefits than the self-built rental pattern during the same production cycle. However, due to the complexity of aquatic biotechnology, compared with the self-building and selfoperating pattern, operating main body are more willing to adopt the self-built rental pattern. This implied that the operating main body should take a suitable way to achieve more total benefits. Therefore it has a strong practical meaning in analyzing and comparing these two patterns. |
