| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农民职业化工作面临农民教育培训跟不上时代发展需要的问题,国内农民教育培训工作虽然作出了很多贡献,但仍存在一些问题。如果将职业化农民教育培训平台作为职业化农民教育培训主体进行建设,同时,创建教育培训基金,维持平台良性可持续运转,有望改变我国目前农民教育培训多家参与、资源浪费以及不可持续进行的现状。

| Abstract: | Work on professional farmers in China is facing problems of farmers＇ training lag behind need of current development. Although education and training of farmers has made great contribution, but there are still some problems. By constructing education and training platform of professional farmers as the main subject and setting up a fund to support the operating of this platform, several problems could be solved, such as many organizations taking part in this work and causing waste and unsustainable operation. |
