| 摘 要： | 农民的信息利用是农业农村信息化的关键环节。文章通过对胶东地区农民信息利用情况的实证研究发现,电视与种植能手是农民获取农业信息的主要来源,由于时效性较低和农民信息技术的限制,网络信息资源并未得到有效利用,各类政府信息化工程在农民中的知晓度较低,进而得出政府需要加强农村信息建设的宣传工作,提高农民应用信息技术的能力,关注基层组织和种植大户的信息枢纽地位,整合各类农业信息资源,简化农业信息获取途径。

| Abstract: | The farmers′ information utilizing is a key link of the agricultural and rural information.The empirical analysis on the farmers’ information utilizing in eastern Shandong Province showed that the TV and planting experts were the main sources of farmers’ access to agricultural information.Because of the delay of the information and the technological limitations of farmers,the network information resources have not been used effectively.Many government information projects were unknown to farmers.Therefore,the government must strengthen the publicity work of the rural information construction,improve the ability of the farmers’ application of information technology,focus on the information hub position of the grassroots organizations and planting experts,and integrate various agricultural information resources,simplify the access to agricultural information. |
