摘    要:为解决油菜生产优质与高产的矛盾,促进湖北省油菜产业的可持续发展,采用polcms细胞质雄性不育系3238A和恢复系1013R配组育成甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育杂交种天下农6号,2012年通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种具有产量高、抗逆性强及熟期适中的优点。2009—2011年在湖北省区域试验中平均产量为3 203.25kg/hm~2,平均产油量1 447.20kg/hm~2,分别较对照中油杂2号增产3.56%和9.19%;其芥酸含量0.10%,硫苷含量21.48μmol/g(饼),含油量45.19%,品质达双低油菜品种标准,适宜长江流域种植。

Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction between high yield and good quality in rapeseed production,and promote rape industry sustainable development in Hubei Province,Tianxianong 6,a cytoplasmic male sterile hybrids of B.napus crossed by Pol cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) line 3028A and restorer line 1013R,was certified by Hubei CropVariety Approval Committee in 2012.It possesses the characters of high yield,strong resistance and middle maturation period.In regional test of new rape varieties in Hubei Province during 2009-2011,the average yield and oil output of Tianxianong 6 were 3 203.25 kg/hm2 and 1 447.20 kg/hm2 respectively,which increased by 3.56% and 9.19% compared with the control Zhongyouza 2.The erucic acid content,glucosinolates content and oil content of Tianxianong 6 were 0.10%,21.48μmol/g (rapeseed meal) and 45.19% respectively,the quality reached the standard of double low oil seed rape,which suit to plant in Yangtze valley.
