海藻糖对大豆植物抗性的影响

摘    要:将4种海水梯度和3种海藻糖梯度按体积比为1∶1组合为12种培养液处理大豆种子,观察种子发芽状况。结果表明:海藻糖能使海水胁迫引起的植物根和叶中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及脯氨酸含量的变化趋势减缓。高浓度的海藻糖可以更好地对抗1/4海水和1/2海水对大豆的胁迫。用0.05%的海藻糖处理大豆对抗1/3海水的胁迫作用,使大豆获得最大的抗性,从而验证了海藻糖的保护作用,并初步得出大豆植物在盐胁迫下能产生最大抗性的海藻糖浓度的规律。

Abstract:Twelve different solutions with seawater and trehalose were used to investigate effects of trehalose on the anti-salt stress of soybean seeds.The results show that the trehalose can effectively slow down the change trend of soluble sugars,soluble protein and proline contents caused by salt stress in soybean roots and leaves,and the trehalose with a higher concentration better resist to salt stress from 1/4 seawater and 1/2 seawater concentrations for soybean roots.The soybean seeds treated by 0.05% of trehalose can resist to the salt stress from 1/3 seawater,which proves the protection effect of trehalose.
