摘    要:章文才是我国柑桔学科的重要奠基人之一,他在实践基础上形成一整套独特的农业教育思想。他十分重视教学、研究与推广工作,认为农业教学"当教以学生实用知识""教课与实习并重,以养成刻苦耐劳之意志",而加强研究工作,则"教学始可日新月异,推广始有实际材料",同时要积极向农村推广最新的教学研究成果,"要用科技让农民富起来"。对于战后的整个农业建设,他认为"农业企业化是农业建设的首选途径",而且农业建设必须与农业教育密切联系起来。他的这些教育思想和理念极大地推动了战时和战后我国农业教育事业的发展。

Abstract:Zhang Wencai is one of the important founders of citrus science in China, who formed his own unique agricultural education thought based on practice. He attaches great importance to teaching, research and promotion, and believes that agricultural teaching should focus on "teaching students with practical knowledge", "putting teaching and internships on an equal footing so as to develop the hardworking will", and strengthening agricultural research work, then"teaching can continue to evolve rapidly, and promotion can begin with practical materials". Meanwhile, the latest teaching and research results must be actively promoted to the countryside, keeping "science and technology help farmers become rich" in mind. For the entire agricultural construction after the war, Zhang believes that "agricultural commercialization is the first choice for agricultural construction", and agricultural construction must be closely linked to agricultural education.Zhang’s educational thoughts and ideas have greatly promoted the development of China’s agricultural education during and after the war.
