| Abstract: | The conformation linear evaluation of dairy cow was formed in the 15 items of first classtraits on the data of 341 cows in Wuchang dairy farm. Linear scores of these raits were from 16.32 to 38.09. Transformed scores and heritabilities of these traits were also estimated. Two parameters of the transformed scores and the heritabilities for the primiparous cows were from 69.05 to 84.52 and from 0.277 to 1. 283 respectively and were for multiparous cows from 71.04 to 83.27 and from 0.004 to 0.464 respectively . The results showed that the method of linear evaluation of conformation was better than the part evaluationin in dairy cows. |
