土壤中拮抗放线菌的分离和筛选

摘    要:采用稀释分离法从辽宁省不同地区采集的土样中分离到放线菌336株。以番茄灰霉病菌为指示菌,采用平板对峙培养法筛选出抑菌效果较好的放线菌L6,O5,S2,T7,A10 5个菌株,其抑菌带宽度在10.3~13.3 mm,占分离到放线菌总数的1.49%。进一步测定5个菌株发酵产物对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制活性,S2菌株的抑菌作用最强,抑菌圈直径达23.9 mm。S2菌株对水稻恶苗病菌、小麦根腐病菌、烟草赤星病菌、黄瓜黑星病菌、棉花炭疽病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、玉米小斑病菌亦有较强的抑制作用,抑制率达55.7%~87.7%。

Abstract:Three hundred and thirty six actinomycetes were separated from soil samples collrcted from different areas in Liaoning province by diluting and separating method.Using Botrytis cinerea as indicator,actinomycetes strain L6,O5,S2,T7 and A10 was selected by plate confrontation method,accounting for 1.49% of the total number and with an inhibition zone of 10.3-13.3mm.The inhibition effect of strain S2 was the best with an inhibition circle of 23.9mm in diameter by further determining the inhibition effect of fermentation products against Botrytis cinerea.The strain S2 also showed better effects against Gibberella fujikuroi,Gibberella fujikuroi,Alternaria alternata,Cladosporium cucumerinum,Glomerella gossypi,Botyosphaeria berengeriana,Fusarium oxysporum,Botrytis cinerea and Bipolaris maydis,with an inhibition rate changing from of 55.7% to 87.7%.
