摘    要:为了探讨短期低浓度混合重金属污染物对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)肝脏、肾脏和肌肉内可溶性蛋白的影响,以煤矸石浸出液作为低浓度混合重金属污染物,在实验室条件下研究了鲫鱼肝、肾和肌肉中可溶性蛋白的变化。结果表明:试验组肝脏出现5种特异表达蛋白、3种表达丰度降低蛋白;肾脏出现3种特异表达蛋白、1种表达丰度增高蛋白;肌肉中蛋白质的表达虽有细微变化但差异不明显。表明短期低浓度混合重金属污染对鲫鱼肝、肾中蛋白质的合成和表达产生了一定的影响。

Abstract:To study the influence of short-term low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination on the soluble protein of liver,kidney and muscle in Carassius auratus,the fishes were under laboratory conditions cultured in the leaching solution of coal gangue.The results showed that five proteins expressed specifically while three proteins reduced the expression abundance in liver.In kidney,three proteins expressed specifically but one protein increased the expression level.For the muscle,subtle changes of the protein expression were observed but the difference did not reach the significant level.In conclusion,the short-term low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination has certain effects on the synthesis and expression of proteins in liver and kidney of C.auratus.
