氟吗啉对家蚕体内丙二醛含量和2种保护酶系活力的影响

摘    要:为了评价氟吗啉对家蚕的毒性和对环境的安全性,研究了4种剂量(1.5、3.0、6.0、12.0 g/kg)氟吗啉对家蚕体内丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的影响。结果表明,给药后24 h,3.0 g/kg氟吗啉处理的家蚕体内MDA含量最低,为9.34 mol/L,12.0 g/kg剂量处理的MDA含量最高,为14.22 mol/L,各给药剂量组的MDA含量与空白对照之间有显著差异。给药剂量组中,6.0 g/kg氟吗啉处理的家蚕体内CAT活力最低,为195.25 U/g,3.0 g/kg处理的CAT活力最高,为275.73 U/g,各给药剂量组的CAT活性均显著高于空白对照组。12.0 g/kg氟吗啉处理的家蚕体内SOD活力最低,为137.86 U/mg,3.0 g/kg处理的SOD活力最高,为159.51 U/mg。除6.0 g/kg氟吗啉处理外,其余剂量下SOD活力与空白对照差异均显著。饲料中氟吗啉剂量在3.0 g/kg以上时,随着剂量增加,MDA含量升高,SOD和CAT活力降低。

Abstract:Study on dosage effects of flumorph on MDA content,SOD and CAT activities in silkworm showed that at 24 hours after treatment,the MDA concentration in silkworm was the lowest in the 3.0g/kg flumorph application group and the highest in the 12.0g/kg flumorph group,which was 9.34mol/L and 14.22mol/L,respectively.The treatment group and control group showed significant difference.During the flumorph treatment groups,the 6.0g/kg flumorph group had the lowest CAT activity and the 3.0g/kg flumorph group had the highest CAT activity,which was 195.25U/g and 275.73U/g,respectively.The CAT activities in the treatment groups were all significantly higher than that of the control group.The SOD activity in silkworm was the lowest in the 12.0g/kg flumorph group and the highest in the 3.0g/kg flumorph group,which were 137.86U/mg and 159.51U/mg,respectively.The SOD activities in the treatment groups except the 6.0g/kg flumorph group were all significantly different from that of the control group.When the dosage of flumorph was above 3.0g/kg in the fodder,the MDA content in silkworm increased while SOD and CAT activities decreased with the increase of flumorph dosage.
