4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗的控制作用研究

摘    要:采用索氏提取法,以乙醚为提取溶剂提取大蒜、辣椒粉、柑桔皮、臭椿树皮的植物精油,研究其对赤拟谷盗的控制作用。结果表明:臭椿树皮、辣椒粉、大蒜3种植物精油对赤拟谷盗的成虫均有较强的驱避作用,柑桔皮精油对赤拟谷盗成虫具有一定的引诱作用;4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗成虫的触杀作用较弱;4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗当代种群均有一定的抑制作用,其作用大小顺序依次为柑桔皮精油>大蒜精油>臭椿树皮精油>辣椒粉精油;4种精油对赤拟谷盗成虫无明显的熏蒸作用,而对赤拟谷盗幼虫均有显著的熏蒸效果。

Abstract:Essential oils were extracted by Soxhlet extractions with anhydrous diethyl ether from Allium sativum L.,Capsicum frutescens, Citrus suavissima Tanaka and Ailanthus altissima, and their repellent activities against Tribolium castaneum were investigated in this paper.The results showed that essential oils from A. Sativum,C. frutescens and A. altissima significantly repelled T.castaneum adults, essential oils from C. suavissima could markedly attract T.castaneum adults. All of the four kinds of essential oils couldn't effectively kill T.castaneum adults by contact; however they could inhibit T.castaneum population,and the inhibition ability order was C.suavissima extract > A.sativum extract > A.altissima extract > C. frutescens extract. All of the four kinds of essential oils could effectively fumigate T.castaneum larvae, but they couldn't fumigate T.castaneum adults.
