体内法和体外法对玉米代谢能的评定效果比较

摘    要:通过对体外法(仿生消化法)测定的玉米的酶水解物能值(EHGE)与体内法(动物试验法)测定的真代谢能(TME)进行比较,筛选快速、准确估测饲料能值的方法。体内法采用动物试验法进行代谢试验测定TME,选用504只21日龄AA肉仔鸡,按体质量均分为7个处理,每个处理12个重复,每个重复6只鸡,其中6个处理分别饲喂6个地区玉米饲料原料,另外1个处理为饥饿组,测定其内源能量代谢,试验期3 d。体外法采用仿生消化法进行仿生消化试验测定EHGE,6个地区玉米饲料原料设为6个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复2根消化管。结果表明:体外法测定的EHGE和体内法测定的TME总体上差异不显著。体外法测定的EHGE的变异系数在0.21%~0.87%,而体内法测定的TEM的变异系数在0.98%~4.12%,体外法测定的EHGE对体内法测定的TME的估计偏差均在2%以内,体外法测定的EHGE与体内法测定的TME呈显著线性关系(R2=0.95)。可见,用体外法测定的EHGE具有较高的准确性,且达到了估测体内法TME的要求,能快速、准确地评价日粮的代谢能。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to measure the enzymatic hydrolysate of gross energy( EHGE) of maize with in vitro method,and the results were compared with the ture metabolizable energy( TME) with in vivo method,so as to get the rapid and accurate evaluation of metabolizable energy. In vivo experiment, 504 Arbor Acres( AA) broilers at the age of 21 d were selected and divided into 7 treatments with 12 rep-licate,and each repetition had 6 chicks. The 6 treatments were fed with maize in 6 areas,respectively,an-other treatment was hungry for 3 days to measure its internal energy metabolism. In vitro experiment, 6 treatments consisted of 6 maize diets were used in a single factorial completely randomized arrangement, respectively,each treatment contained 10 repetitions with 2 digestion tube per repetition. The results showed that there was no significant difference between EHGE and TME values. The coefficient of varia-tion of EHGE was between 0 . 21% and 0 . 87%, while the coefficient of variation of TME was between 0. 98% and 4. 12%,moreover,the estimation bias of EHGE to TME were both within 2%. The correlation coefficient between EHGE and TME values of 6 maize samples was 0. 95. In conclusion,it was acceptable to estimate TME with EHGE for its high accuracy,and the precision of EHGE had reached the require-ment of TME. The metabolizable energy of diets could be evaluated rapidly and accurately with in vitro method.
